Jodi Bynon - Director
Jodi's vast knowledge of Emergency Management comes from his 9 years as a firefighter with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and also as a Fire Safety Advisor.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services quickly recognised his talents and appointed him as an instructor, delivering nationally recognised training to firefighters across Queensland.
As well as holding multiple QFES qualification Jodi also holds a Certificate III in Public Safety and is a Certified Work Health and Safety Inspector for WHSQ.
Jodi is accredited in the Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS). The Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS) is the nationally recognised system of incident management for the nation's fire and emergency service agencies. Organisational principles and structure are used to manage bushfires and other large emergencies (e.g. floods, storms, cyclones etc.) utilising the all agencies approach.

Trainer: Paul Incole
Paul is incredibly community minded not only has he been a rural firefighter for 18 years but he also has trained firefighters in accredited competencies across Queensland for over four years.
Paul Has served with the Australia Defence Force for over 44 years and is still delivering training in the Army's Youth Development Scheme (Army Cadets).
Paul has a gentle and approachable attitude making his training sessions both fun and informative.
Pauls wealth of knowledge and commitment makes him an invaluable member of the Fire TIEM.
