
Emergency Response Plans
FIRE TIEM will design and develop your Emergency Response Plan to ensure you meet your compliance obligations! Your Emergency Response Plan must provide Emergency Procedures including:
- an effective response to an emergency
- Evacuation procedures
- Notifying emergency services at the earliest opportunity
- Medical treatment and assistance
- Effective communication between the authorised person coordinating the emergency response and all persons at your place of work
- testing of the emergency procedures, including the frequency of testing information, training and instruction to relevant workers in relation to implementing the emergency procedures and more!
We will ensure you meet compliance with the Building Fire Safety Regulations Qld 2008 and AS3745-2010 requirements.

Dangerous Goods Inspections

Warden & Chief Warden Training
We provide professional tailored face to face Warden and Chief Warden training to ensure your Wardens are prepared for any workplace emergency. This course will develop the skills to assess the level of workplace emergency and manage the evacuation of the workplace. This course meets the employer obligations under the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008. and Australian Standard 3745-2010 requirements.

Evacuation Diagrams
FIRE TIEM can draft and install all your evacuation diagrams. These Diagrams must be designed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set-down within the AS3745:2010 and they must include a number of minimum elements such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and other important information contact us for more information and a competitive quote.

Fire Safety Advisory Inspections
All QLD buildings that have over 30 employees must have a Fire Safety Advisor in place. We currently act as the professional Fire Safety Advisor for many Queensland businesses to ensure they meet their compliance with the Building Fire Safety Regulations Qld 2008 and AS3745-2010 requirements. All our trainers are fully qualified, registered and insured fire safety advisors and can assist in identifying any shortfalls your facility may have and provide a common sense approach to rectifying them.

First Response Extinguisher Training
Our experienced team of trainers will come onsite and provide hands on practical real world live fire extinguisher and general occupant training for your staff as this is a another requirement of the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and AS3745-2010.
